A Very Young rye whiskey finished in a Chardonnay cask
It’s a whiskey spirit unlike any you’ve ever seen before.
Our two-thirds rye one-third wheat mash is aged four days in a charred oak barrel, mellowing the rye notes just a hint to allow for a smoother, easier drink. We then finish it in a chardonnay cask for three days, imparting a white whine patina that complements the subtle, distinctive flavor. A crisp chardonnay nose and buttery chardonnay finish bookend the gentle rye body of this spirit, making it a beguiling and gentle drink straight, on the rocks, or mixed.
